Anthony Vignadocchio is a child of the Canton of Fayence. Recently installed in the heart of the village of Tourettes, in the Var, he expresses his talent in sculpture. 

 

First his works are exhibited at "La Vigne Vincent". First the wine bar managed with brio by his wife is also an art gallery.

Then, the place located Place de la Mairie offers a spectacular panorama on the Massif des Maures. It is thus that it frequently happens to cross famous customers coming from the nearby Domain of "Terres Blanches".

 

In his artist's studio, Anthony works rather alone. In fact it takes many hours of patience to produce each piece. He favors wood and resin sculpture. Then, after several stages of cutting, he assembles the different pieces. The result of assembly between all the materials leads to spectacular achievements.

 

Anthony enjoys many artistic disciplines. Also known as a songwriter, he invites us here to discover his plastic works.  

Knowing how to break with habits, he plays on the surprise of contrasts. He likes the movements of torsions and in opposition like the elliptic forms.

 

"Vague à l'âme" is a majestic sailboat placed on the counter. The title is already evocative ... His taste for writing and literature are reflected in the construction of timeless and poetic works. The hull is made of a single piece of olive wood and the sails are made of hundreds of unique pieces molded in resin. The effect of fluidity is masterful! Such a meticulous work of art commands respect for the work accomplished.

 

Sculpture, assembly, cutting of diverted forms, these assemblies amaze us because he dares to go to the end of his imagination by defying the technique. Here the sails under tension of the wind already put us on the alert.

 

A prize-winning work in Monaco describes the fragile balance between a weight and a feather.

 

His sincerity as an artist is expressed in his accomplished figurative work. He puts his heart into his work and the viewer can only feel this universal emotion of beauty.
